• We specialize in supplying textiles, foam, leather, upholstery materials, and related products.
• All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual colors and textures may vary slightly.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

We accept the following payment methods:

• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• Debit & Credit Cards
• In-Store Payments

• Auto Leather and Foam (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Delivery & Collection

• Foam and Glue: Please note we do not courier foam or glue due to bulkiness and flammability. These products are available for in-store collection only.
• Other Products: Standard courier services are available for eligible products. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Custom-cut foam, special orders, and clearance items are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus any delivery costs (if applicable).

Limitation of Liability

• Auto Leather and Foam (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application.

• We will not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
